Ms. Herbert has over 25 years of experience in the engineering industry, including project and program management for Capital Improvement Projects, Disaster Recovery, Hazard Mitigation, and International Development. Since Trigon’s inception, Ms. Herbert has played a key role in the planning, development, implementation and direction of the organization’s operational and fiscal function and performance. She also serves as the primary Client Service Manager for certain key clients and oversees major business development activities.
