Project & Program Management

Trigon provides varying levels of project management to clients for individual projects and collections of projects (i.e., programs). We assist our clients in structuring their projects/programs in various ways to meet their needs including performing the actual management of projects and programs, providing assistance to our clients in setting up and organizing the projects/programs for in-house management, or some combination of the two.

We provide any and all services for all project phases, from assessment and planning, through studies, design, procurement, construction, warranty and operation & maintenance support. In addition, we provide all cost, schedule, regulatory and grant control as well as reporting and community outreach support. Our clients depend on us as their single point of contact for all parties working on programs (e.g., engineers, consultants, contractors), and to develop program guidelines and standards to ensure successful delivery. We serve as a highly specialized and temporary extension of our clients’ staff.
