Trigon Associates, llc

Guiding Principles

Our guiding principles define who we are and how we operate.

It has always been extremely important to Trigon’s management team to provide high-quality services for our clients and to conduct ourselves with the highest levels of professionalism and integrity. We envisioned how the firm would operate and grow over time. More than a business plan, it was a philosophy which has served to guide us in decision making, staff recruiting, training and mentoring, day-to-day operations, and assisting our clients and communities. To this end, we founded this company based on three principles – Quality, Commitment and Client Service.

Quality

The quality of the services we provide and the deliverables we produce is a direct reflection on the company as a whole and on each individual staff member. Providing high-quality services and deliverables to our clients is of the utmost importance in maintaining a stellar reputation and thereby ensuring satisfied, repeat clients.

Commitment

We have an obligation to our clients, our business, our profession, our employees, the environment, and the community as a whole, to serve their needs to the best of our abilities. As such, we believe in fully committing ourselves to support our clients, our employees and one another. We are committed to the betterment of the communities in which we live and work and to upholding the professional and ethical standards that govern our profession.

Client Service

Providing high-quality services to our clients is of the utmost importance to us. To do this, we believe in being open, honest and responsive to our clients. In a service-oriented business such as ours, it is important to understand and focus on our clients’ needs and be extremely responsive to them. We take pride in getting to know our clients’ challenges and visions; this is what we focus on in order to deliver the products they need. We believe in delivering on the promises we make to our clients, whether internal or external, and doing what we say we are going to do. In other words, we believe in “walking the walk” instead of just “talking the talk.”
